NONRECIPROCAL CIRCUIT ELEMENT AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocal circuit element having a structure which is effective for improvement of loss reduction, mechanical strength, characteristics of a magnetic circuit and reflow resistance, has the small number of parts and small man hours for assembling, and is effective for cost reduction. SOLUTION: A terminal board 1 has a plurality of terminal electrode films 11-13 on its one surface, and a magnetic plate 2 is mounted on the one surface of the terminal board 1. A magnetic rotor 2 is mounted on the magnetic plate 2, and lead electrode films 321-323 of a center electrode film 32 are connected to the terminal electrode films 11-13 via a conductive joining material. A magnet 4 is arranged in relation of facing a magnetic rotor 3. The surface of the center electrode film 32 has a height substantially the same as each of the surfaces of the terminal electrodes films 11-13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
