Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed light emitting device capable of determining replacement timing separately and capable of driving longer. SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes an organic electroluminescent element EL1 sealed in a sealed space 12 formed by a substrate 2 and a sealing cap 8 and a resistor 7 sealed in the sealed space 12 in a state capable of measuring a resistance value from outside of the substrate 2 and the sealing cap 8. The organic electroluminescent element EL1 is structured by forming a lamination body 4 between a positive pole 3 and a negative pole 5.
