Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle machine hardly disturbing a normal data transfer when data is transferred between the on-vehicle machine and an external apparatus. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle machine mounted on a vehicle is provided with: a storage device for storing predetermined data to be data-processed and navigation data for navigating the vehicle; a transfer means for accessing the storage device to transfer the predetermined data stored in the storage device between the storage device and the external apparatus; a navigation means for accessing the storage device to navigate the vehicle based on the navigation data; and a navigation control inhibition means for inhibiting the navigation means from temporarily or intermittently accessing the storage device to navigate the vehicle during when the transfer means performs the data transfer.
