DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING/RECEIVING E-MAIL WITH COMMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission of e-mail with a comment added individually corresponding to an address for blind carbon copy (bcc), and to allow the comment to be displayed at any position in the e-mail body separately from the e-mail body, regarding a device and method for transmitting/receiving e-mail with a comment. SOLUTION: From a sender A, addresses X and B of transmission addresses are written for an original address (to) and a secret address (bcc), respectively, and as information for comments (bcc comment 1, bcc comment 2) corresponding to the secret address (bcc), e-mail with an insertion position in the e-mail body and comment content as an added file is transmitted. An e-mail transmitting/receiving device having a transfer function within the Internet refers to the added file, sends only an e-mail body without a comment to the transmission destination X as the original address (to), and sends, to the secret destination (bcc) B, an e-mail body with a comment inserted therein corresponding to the secret address (bcc) B.
