Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide assembling structure for a measuring instrument capable of preventing a strange sound from being generated during travel even when a dimensional dispersion exists in an assembling component, and capable of precluding an appearance from getting worse. SOLUTION: In this assembling structure 10 for the measuring instrument arranged with a transparent cover front 12 in a cylindrical opening part 11a formed in a housing upper 11, and having a circumferential edge of the cover front 12 sandwiched between an overhung circumferential edge 11g of the cylindrical opening part 11a of the housing upper 11 and a circumferential bottom face 13e of a light cover 13 attached to the cover front 12, a substantially planar pressing piece part 11c is provided in the overhung circumferential edge 11g of the cylindrical opening part 11a of the housing upper 11, and a contact pin part 11m of the pressing piece part 11c extended toward the cover front 12 is constituted to pressure-contact with the cover front 12, and to be slid along a reverse face 12e thereof, so as to deflect the pressing piece part 11c.
