Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque-detecting device for eliminating displacement of a first magnetic ring, made of synthetic resin in composition fixing the first magnetic ring with the synthetic resin. SOLUTION: The torque-detecting device comprises the first magnetic ring 4 and a second magnetic ring 5 for peripherally providing a plurality of teeth 4a, 5a on respective one-ends by being fitted on one rotating shaft 2; and a third magnetic ring 6, fitted to the other rotating shaft 3 by peripherally providing a plurality of teeth 6a opposite to the teeth 4a of the first magnetic ring 4. The torque-detecting device includes a small-diameter fitting part 2a in which the first magnetic ring 4 fits one rotating shaft 2; and a large-diameter fitting part 2b that is to become the tooth edge side from the bottom face of the teeth 5a of the second magnetic ring 5 by a boundary with the small-diameter fitting part 2a by fitting the second magnetic ring 5. The first magnetic ring 4 is fixed with the synthetic resin 12 on the small-diameter fitting part 2a and the volume of the synthetic resin 12 between the small-diameter fitting part 2a and the large-diameter fitting part 2b is decreased.
