Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing manufacturing man-hours in a heat exchanger comprising a high pressure-side tube having a flow channel for circulating a refrigerant of a high temperature and high pressure, and a low pressure-side tube having a flow channel for circulating a refrigerant of a low temperature and low pressure. SOLUTION: The flat plate-shaped high pressure-side tube 11 having the flow channel for a high-pressure refrigerant and the flat plate-shaped low pressure-side tube 31 having the flow channel for a low pressure refrigerant are formed in a state of linearly extending as a whole. High pressure-side header tanks 12, 13 are disposed at both ends of the high pressure-side tube 11. Low pressure-side header tanks 32, 33 are disposed at both ends of the low pressure-side tube 31. The high pressure-side tube 11 and the low pressure-side tube 31 are disposed in such a manner that the flow channel for the high-pressure refrigerant and the flow channel for the low-pressure refrigerant are intersected while being overlapped in the thickness direction, and integrated by brazing.
