Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angled hydraulic rotating device reduced in the number of components and scarcely requiring labor for machining a drive disk. SOLUTION: In this angled hydraulic rotating device, the center O of the spherical surface of a concave bearing part 723 formed in the drive disk 722 is offset to the inside, the bearing part is formed in an opening dimension D1 smaller than the spherical diameter dimension D2. For a spherical surface-like engagement part 751 at the end of a piston 75, a cut surface 753 with a diameter dimension D4 is formed by cutting a part of the spherical outer peripheral surface. For assembling, the spherical surface-like engagement part 751 is inserted into the concave bearing part 723 at the cutting surface 753, and the piston 75 is disposed on a drive shaft in an angled state to prevent the piston from coming off the drive shaft.
