Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device of a motor-driven compressor for providing accurate operation of a motor protector, also providing the noise reducing effect, and having further high productivity. SOLUTION: The motor protector 105 protects a motor for driving the motor-driven compressor from overheat, and is adhered via a pressure sensitive adhesive material 109 to a plane part 104 formed outside a sealed vessel 101 of the motor-driven compressor. Assembling work is further facilitated, while providing the vibration control effect by the pressure sensitive adhesive material 109, by eliminating a clearance between the sealed vessel 101 and the motor protector 105.
