Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roadbed surface wind speed restraining device having the function of restraining a wind speed of a train wind being the cause of scattering ballast, without hindering maintenance work of a track. SOLUTION: This roadbed surface wind speed restraining device has an anchor 6 driven in a sleeper and plate-like members 1, 2 and 3 laid on the inside of a gauge and both outsides of the gauge and restraining the wind speed generated on a roadbed surface in response to the passing of a vehicle, and is formed by fixing the plate-like members 1, 2 and 3 to the anchor 6 driven in the sleeper.
