Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite particles from which a polyamide, a polyamic acid and a polyimide hardly drops and which have controlled polyamide, polyamic acid and polyimide mol. wts. and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This method for producing the composite particles comprising binding (1) the polyamic acid, (2) the polyamide, (3) the polyimide, or (4) monomers constituting the polymers or their oligomers to inorganic particles having Si-containing functional groups on their surfaces through the functional groups is characterized by involving a process for reacting the inorganic particles with a component capable of constituting the polyamide or polyimide.
