Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antioxidant for suppressing the oxidative injury of living body caused by active oxygen, free radical, etc., to deteriorate the taste, flavor and nutrition value of foods, and induce the degradation of quality and adverse effects such as diseases and aging to living body and provide a food, drink, cosmetic product and feed compounded with the antioxidant. SOLUTION: A peptide composed of an amino acid sequence expressed by Gly-Ile-His or Pro-Gly-Pro-Ile-His has an antioxidation effect and is effective at a low dose. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
