Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner divided into an air-conditioning unit and a fan unit which is capable of enhancing the sealability by suppressing any positional deviation at a connection part between both units. SOLUTION: Two mounting plates 54, 65 out of mounting plates 52-54, 66-67 of an air-conditioning unit 2 and a fan unit 6 on a vehicle body side are jointly fastened by a fastening unit T1, and the jointly fastening unit T1 is arranged so as to hold a connection part between the units 2, 6 together with a fastening unit T2 of the mounting plate 52 of the air-conditioning unit, i.e., so that an imaginary line L to connect them passes through the connection part.
