Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector in which a leak current is reduced to the utmost limit, an electrostatic capacity in a dust collection part is small, the formation of a conductive film on the surface of an insulator covering an electrode is prevented even when any kind of dust is collected, further, a spacer is adhered to the electrode on a contact part between both, furthermore, a voltage of the electrode surface is secured and a substance of inducing a disease to a human body is captured and inactivated. SOLUTION: In the dust collector, a perfect insulation type electrode 2 made by covering the whole of a sheet type conductive body 9 with the insulator and a nonconductive electrode 1 made by disposing an electrode terminal 6 on an arbitrary part of a sheet type nonconductive body 5 are alternately stacked while holding insulating protruded spacers 12 therebetween, thereby the dust collection part is constituted and different voltages are applied respectively to the perfect insulation type electrode 2 and the nonconductive electrode 1.
