Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program output method and a viewer terminal device, wherein programs can be delivered to viewers without impairing values by advertisements, and also an incentive for the viewers to watch advertisements is given to the viewers, thereby contributing to an enhancement of an audience rating of advertisements. SOLUTION: When a viewer terminal 140 is accessed to a program delivery server 100 via a network 130, a video and speech are sent by streaming. A program delivery server 110 stores and delivers data of programs and advertisements. When the viewer collectively watches advertisements of a program sponsor in advance, an output of predetermined contents for a predetermined period of time is recorded on the terminal, and if the condition is satisfied, an output state of programs after that is changed.
