NETWORK COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication apparatus whereby a general-purpose blog server can simply recognize the apparatus update information in real time by issuing an update notice from the apparatus side. SOLUTION: The network communication apparatus includes: a means for communicating data on the Internet and facsimile data in compliance with the facsimile transmission procedure executed via a public line; a means for transmitting image information included in electronic mail received via a local area network to a communication apparatus in a public network; a means for making a reply in the HTML and the Semantic XML document when the network communication apparatus is accessed from a client application by the HTTP protocol and the information of the network communication apparatus is acquired from the client application; and a function for applying an update notice to a server PC via an updateping site when the information of the network communication apparatus is updated.
