Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly release the logon state of an operator when a state of being unable to log on is detected, due to an error of duplicated logon even the operator tries to log on, resulting from a continued logon state of the operator on a telephone terminal control server. SOLUTION: In a telephone terminal management system including the control server for managing by accepting registration of a plurality of telephone terminals, and the telephone terminal requesting registration to the control server at predetermined time intervals, the control server accepts a logon request from the registered telephone terminal and manages the logon state together with the registration state. When a terminal registration request is accepted from the telephone terminal, if a state change is detected in the terminal concerned, the terminal concerned releases the above logon state if the terminal is being logged on.
