MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH WATCHING FUNCTION, AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which a watching object person can be watched remotely through the entire process after departure before arrival at a goal. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system comprises a mobile terminal 100 which is carried by a watching object person, a PHS communication network 300, a communication network 400 such as the Internet, and a mobile terminal 500 and a PC 600 used by a guardian. The fact that the watching object person departed from a departure place and the fact that the watching object person arrived at a goal safely are notified to the guardian, information about the position of the watching object person in that process is acquired and recorded diligently so that the position of the watching object person at each moment in time can be confirmed as map data.
