Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shielding member for shielding against terrestrial magnetism efficiently. SOLUTION: In the magnetic shielding member, a magnetic laminate 2 is heat-treated so that the maximum temperature becomes 300-500°C while pressure is applied in a lamination direction, with a plurality of knitted magnetic shield materials laminated on a tray for performing the plain weaving of a ribbon-shaped Co group amorphous alloy base material without any gaps. Sheets arranged on both the surfaces of the magnetic laminate 2 are extended from the edge of the laminate 2 at two opposing edges, and the sheets of the extension are joined at least partially.
