Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land type photovoltaic power generation device for extremely inexpensively suppressing a land price although a vast land is required, that is, for preventing a landscape from being spoiled at low cost. SOLUTION: This photovoltaic power generation device (A) is provided with a rack (1) for installing a plurality of independently installed photovoltaic power panels and a photovoltaic power generation panel (2) installed on the rack (1) on a photovoltaic power generation device installation region (20) of a waste disposal plant whose periphery is surrounded by a reinforcement (40). The rack (1) is configured of a rack body (3) for installing the photovoltaic power generation panels and legs (4) erected from the rack body (3) so that setting height H1, H2, H3 and H4 from the installation region (20) of the rack body (3) can be made variable.
