Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of preferably transferring heat to a fluid sealed in a sealed container. SOLUTION: The cooling device cools a heat generating member by bringing the heat generating member in contact with a predetermined location on the outer face of the sealed container 1 with the fluid 4 sealed therein in a heat transferrable manner, and making the fluid 4 to which heat is transferred from the heat generating member flow to a heat generating location.
