Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water permeability-imparting agent achieving the reduction of the amount of liquid return without improving the structure of an absorbing article, and imparting high durable water-permeability and card-passing properties to the fiber, and to provide a water-permeable fiber with the agent attached thereto. SOLUTION: The water permeability-imparting agent contains a cationized product of a (poly)amine (a), an ester (b), a dialkylsulfosuccinate salt (c), an alkyl phosphate salt (d), at least one kind of glycine derivative (e) selected from a trialkylglycine derivative and an (alkylamide group-containing alkyl)dialkylglycine derivative, and (f) a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone wherein the contents of the components (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) are 10-40 wt.%, 10-40 wt.%, 1-40 wt.%, 10-60 wt.%, 10-40 wt.% and 1-20 wt.% respectively.
