Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor of Fusarium wilt of spinach and an inhibitory method using a bacillus effectively inhibiting the Fusarium wilt of spinach which gives great influence to spinach harvest. SOLUTION: Bacillus thuringiensis B1020 strain (deposition number FERM P-20770) is used as the effective bacillus for the inhibitor of Fusarium wilt of spinach. The bacillus strain is gram's stain: positive, aerobic, motility: positive, single bacillus or 2 chain bacilli and forms spores. A liquid culture material of a liquid medium or a solid culture material prepared by solid culture using the bacillus as an effective bacillus is used by adding the same to agrochemicals, soils or spraying on or inoculating to a field.
