Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument easily assembled while surely preventing a push-out shaft from coming off backwards. SOLUTION: The insertion instrument has main bodies 5 and 6 for housing intraocular lenses 10 and the push-out shaft 4 for pushing the intraocular lens out from the tip of the main bodies into the eye. Inside the main bodies, a movement block part 5d for blocking the movement backwards of the push-out shaft is provided. Parts 5h including the movement block part and a back end opening in the main bodies comprise a plurality of parts dividable in a shaft rotating direction of the main bodies.
