PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can enlarge the range of its operatable revolution range and torque range thereby being able to improve the operation efficiency and also can enlarge its operatable range with high efficiency, by making the constant of induced voltage easily and properly variable while suppressing the complication of the motor. SOLUTION: This motor has the first member 32 which is provided, capably of integral rotation with an outer rotor 12, with a rotating means 14 which can change the relative phase between an inner rotor 11 having an inner permanent magnet 11a and the outer rotor 12 having an outer permanent magnet 12a, and the second member 33 which is provided capably of integral rotation with the inner rotor 11 and also demarcates pressure chambers 56 and 57 inside the inner rotor 11 together with the first member 32. It changes the relative phase between the inner rotor 11 and the outer rotor 12 by the supply of working fluid to the pressure chambers 56 and 57. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
