Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit eliminating disturbance in an oscillation waveform caused at changeover of a frequency by switches. SOLUTION: In the case of inverting the polarity of a first IDT 12a and a second IDT 12b, switches SW5 to SW8 being switch means are interrupted, and all the switches SW5 to SW8 are interrupted for a period Td when a parallel connection state between the first IDT 12a and the second IDT 12b is released. Even when the switches are changed over in a timing when a level of a signal V11 or V12 is somewhat deviated due to any cause, a state of both the signals going to a high level at the same time can be obtained by selecting the period Td to be a necessity minimum and sufficient value.
