Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hole-sealing plate for capacitors having a screw terminal capable of securing airtightness, even if it does not take much shape or surface area for the screw terminal. SOLUTION: When obtaining the hole sealing plate for capacitors and when performing insert-molding, the screw terminal having a rubber ring and a ring-like forming body is arranged in a forming mold. The length of the large diameter of the screw terminal, the thickness of rubber ring, and annular forming body thickness improve airtightness in the interface between the periphery of the screw terminal and an insulating material, by forming in the compressed state of the rubber ring when the forming mold is closed.
