Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which has a high content of dielectric particles, improves the capacitance, expands the use accompanied therewith, and has a high yield and a high reliability without peeling a dielectric film during baking. SOLUTION: A dielectric layer of the capacitor is made by coating a metal foil or electrode layer with a solution containing dispersed dielectric particles, drying and compressing the particles, forming a film on the compressed particles, and baking it.
