SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING THE NUMBER OF METERS INSTALLED OR REMOVED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for estimating the number of meters installed or removed that allocates the estimated value of the order number of meters per month more accurately to that per day. SOLUTION: The system includes a result data input means 11 for receiving result data by subdivided periods which totals the number of meters installed or removed for every subdivided period obtained by subdividing a predetermined data totaling period; an estimated value input means 12 for inputting the estimated values by estimation object periods which estimate the number of meters installed or removed in the whole estimation object period; an allocation ratio estimation means 13 for obtaining an allocation ratio for every subdivided period to the estimated values by the estimation object period based on the result data by subdivided periods, data by industry lines storing the propriety of installing or removing work on operating days of industry lines according to the industry lines for meter installing-removing work, and meteorological forecast data which stores meteorological forecast for every subdivided period; and an estimated value computing means 14 by subdivided periods for obtaining the estimated values by subdivided periods based on the estimated values by the estimation object periods and the allocation ratio.
