SYSTEMATIZATION SUPPORT DEVICE FOR KNOWLEDGE/KNOW-HOW AND ITS METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the arrangement/description of the relation of knowledge/Know-How by using a model with which the information expression model of the structure base of each product/process is integrated. SOLUTION: A product/step model DB 22 stores an integral model by integrating a product structure information model with a step configuration information model. The modeling of not only the deficiency of the design model of a product but also the deficiency of a production preparation/manufacture is carried out on the basis of the integral model. Then, the step is expressed with status transition in this integral model, so that it is possible to express a deficiency generation mechanism based on the cause and the effect chain relation of the deficiency in a production system. A quality knowledge DB 23 stores a substance/status data model in which each of a substance(unit/component) and status(step) is expressed by attributes and methods based on the integral model.
