BUSINESS FORM CLASSIFICATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CREATING AND DELIVERING ELECTRONIC MEDIA FORM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form classification processing system effective in business form processing for a business form (receipt) generated monthly in a large amount especially in a medical institution, to afford facilities to a delivery destination of the business form, and to prevent leakage of personal information during examination of a demanded point. SOLUTION: Record contents of the business form (receipt) are read, and read data, partial image data and image data of the whole face are acquired. An insurant number is acquired from the read data, is sorted and stored in a corresponding pocket, the business form is classified, and demanded point total data obtained by totaling a demanded amount recorded in the business form by the insurant numbers, the read data necessary to confirm validity of the demanded amount, the partial image data, the image data of the whole face, and mask data for concealing the personal information unnecessary to the examination are written in electronic media to create electronic media receipts.
