Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a nonmagnetic single component electrostatic charge image developing toner with which an electrophotographic toner hardly causing hot offset and having excellent low temperature fixing property for a heat roll fixing system can be preferably obtained. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a nonmagnetic single component electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises: a reaction product (P) of rosin (r), preferably one or more kinds of rosins selected in a group consisting of gum rosin, wood rosin, tall oil rosin and disproportionation rosin of these rosins, with a polyvalent epoxy compound (e), preferably an epoxy compound having a valance of 2 to 4; and a binder resin (Q).
