Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a large heat transfer area and reducing radiation loss. SOLUTION: As two deformed tubes 4 opposite to each other, are disposed at both sides of a flat external wall 3a of one porous tube 3 constituted by arranging a plurality of flow channels 2 in which carbon dioxide as a refrigerant is circulated in parallel with each other and having the flat cross-sectional shape, both sides of the porous tube 3 are kept into face-contact with the deformed tubes 4, thus the heat transfer area can be increased, and large heat exchanging amount can be obtained. Further as the radiation loss is reduced by covering the porous tube 3 of high temperature positioned in the middle, with the deformed tubes 4 of low temperature at its both sides, heat exchanging efficiency can be improved.
