Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an actuating element from unexpectedly slipping out of a coupling element in a carburetor. SOLUTION: This carburetor has an adjusting element arranged in an intake passage 3, the actuating element 19 for actuating the adjusting element and the coupling element for connecting the actuating element 19 to the adjusting element, and is constituted so that the coupling element has a receiving part 23 receiving the actuating element 19, and the coupling element has an access hole, and can make access from its peripheral part to the receiving part 23 via the access hole. In this invention, the access hole has an access slit 26 extending at an angle to the receiving hole 23, and the access slit 26 is connected to the receiving part 23 via at least one connecting slit 31 and 32.
