Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device having a window part and a porous member, and suppressing an increase in pressure loss. SOLUTION: In this intake device having a cylindrical non-porous body part forming an intake channel with its inside, the window part formed on the circumferential wall of the body part and communicating the inside and outside, and the porous member covering the window part, a straight cylindrical part extending straight and a curved cylindrical part communicated with the straight cylindrical part and curvedly extending, are provided on the body part, and the window part is formed the straight cylindrical part. The window part is arranged in a position except for a part where the circumferential wall of the straight cylindrical part intersects a first plane which passes through points that the curvature of the curved cylindrical part is maximized/minimized in the radial cross section of a boundary part between the curved cylindrical part and the straight cylindrical part, and is parallel to the axis of the straight cylindrical part. The window part is formed in the part except for the curved cylindrical part where an intake air flow speed is extremely increased, thereby reduces an air amount led to flow into the intake channel through the window part and porous member. By forming the window part to the straight cylindrical part, agitation of turbulent flow is suppressed. The window part is arranged in the position except for the part where the first plane and the circumferential wall of the straight cylindrical part intersect, thereby setting the position of the window part in the position not so much influenced by an area having extremely high flow speed.
