Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain penetration of a shaft even with discrepancy in a hole position in a method of joining bored plate glass to each other or joining the bored plate glass to a structural member through the shaft penetrating a glass hole. SOLUTION: An eccentric double ring 5 composed of an outer ring 3 fitted into the glass hole 2 and having a hole with the different hole center, and an inner ring 4 internally contacting the outer ring and having a hole with the different hole center, is inserted in the glass hole 2, and the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 4 are rotated so that the hole center of the inner ring 4 in the glass hole coincides with the center of a shaft mounting position of a support member of a structure, and then the shaft is allowed to penetrate.
