Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping thermoplastic resin composition that has good vibration damping properties, is excellent in heat resistance and lightweight, and is inhibited from bleeding and stickiness during a step of blending a large amount of an agent for imparting vibration damping properties and a step of processing the thermoplastic resin composition. SOLUTION: The vibration-damping thermoplastic resin composition is produced by kneading a composition as an agent for imparting vibration damping properties comprising a base polymer having a polar group selected from an acrylic rubber, an acrylate resin and a vinyl acetate resin, a phenol compound of formula (I) and an inorganic/organic filler, and further a gelling agent for inhibiting the occurrence of bleeding into a thermoplastic resin matrix.
