MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR POLYURETHANE FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a polyurethane foam reducing a defect such as a void and a pin hole, sufficient in a heat resistant property and reducing VOC derived from a urethanation catalyst from the polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the polyurethane foam is characterized in that after the polyurethane foam is molded by reacting two kinds or more of material compositions containing at least a material composition containing an active hydrogen compound as a main component and a material composition containing polyisocyanate as a main component in the presence of 0.3-5.0 wt.% of the urethanation catalyst relative to the active hydrogen compound, the urethanation catalyst contained in the polyurethane foam is removed to 0.15 wt.% or less relative to the polyurethane foam.
