MOTOR MOUNT FIXING BAR FOR RUBBER BOAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly install a motor mount to a rubber boat, and improve the strength of its fixation. SOLUTION: The motor mount fixing bar is inserted into D-shaped metal fittings provided on a rubber boat main body for installation of a motor mount, and a movable cam 4 at a tip is rotated by 180 degrees for use. It can thus be quickly installed without using a rope to be fixed as D-shaped metal fittings are engaged with grooves 3 in three cams 2. It is locked by the movable cam that is rotated by 180 degrees, while the D-shaped metal fittings are regulated by restoration force of a spring provided inside the movable cam. Lateral deflection, rattling, etc., caused by motor vibration or the like are thus prevented by these three forms of fixation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
