PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the posture of an electric bed more conveniently. SOLUTION: In the electric bed system, the angle of a backrest is stored together with an identification code in a controller 8 of the electric bed 2 when a registration operation part 38 is operated after the posture, for example, the angle of the backrest of the electric bed 2 is adjusted by the remote control operation of a wireless remote controller 26. Then, when the registration operation part 38 of the wireless remote controller is operated, the identification code is transmitted to the controller 8 in the electric bed 2. If the transmitted identification code matches the identification code previously stored in the controller 8, the controller 8 controls the posture of the bed at the angle of the backrest corresponding to the identification code.
