Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse measuring digital filter having an excellent pulse separation characteristic and an excellent wave height value reproducibility and capable of being easily adapted to both of counting measurement and wave height measurement. SOLUTION: The digital filter has two moving average type digital filters and acts so that a signal of strength proportional to a pulse signal wave height value is outputted in a pulse signal rising area and the difference of outputs between two digital filters is approximately zero in a pulse signal area where the pulse signal attenuates in an exponential function manner. Specifically, when it is supposed that the moving average S1 of L data is present on the front of a pulse signal, the moving average Sn of N data is present on the back of the pulse signal and an area of M uncalculated data is present between both the S1 and S2, the digital filter acts so that S1-Sn 0 is satisfied.
