Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell in which a surface color of a silver electrode doesn't express any discoloration phenomenon even if the solar cell is used in the state of a module for a long period of time and any macroscopic "color unevenness" and any macroscopic "color pattern" don't occur in the state of the module and an appearance quality can be highly maintained, and a method of manufacturing the solar cell. SOLUTION: The solar cell is provided with: a silicon substrate 10; a diffusion layer 20 formed on a front surface of the silicon substrate 10; an insulating film 30 formed on the diffusion layer 20; a front surface silver electrode 801 formed so as to be electrically connected with the diffusion layer 20, by baking a conductive metal paste material 800 which is provided on the insulating film 30 and shows a dark color after baking; a rear face aluminum electrode 61 formed on a rear face of the silicon substrate 10; and a rear face silver electrode 71 formed on the rear face of the silicon substrate 10.
