PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a gel box to an act base by an inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: A lens holder 2 having an objective lens OL and a plurality of coils 1 attached thereto and a gel box 3 are interconnected through a plurality of elastic wires 4, a pair of positioning projection parts 5 integrally projected in both sides of the bottom surface of the gel box 3 are inserted into the positioning holes 8 of an act base 7, a pocket 15 circular in cross section is recessed in the center of the bottom surface of the gel box 3, a circular communication hole 16 concentrically communicated with the pocket 15 and equal in diameter to the pocket 15 is put through the act base 7, a core rod 17 integrally projected in the bottom center of the pocket 15 and having its distal end fitted into the communication hole 16 with a clearance is provided, and by filling the communication hole 16 and the pocket 15 with an ultraviolet curing adhesive (or thermosetting adhesive), a cylindrical adhesive layer 19 made of the ultraviolet curing adhesive (or thermosetting adhesive) is formed between the core rod 17 and the pocket 15 and the inner circumferential surface of the communication hole 16.
