Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a situation that inquiries are concentrated at a stretch, excessive loads are applied to a server and a network to cause a network failure such delay of arrival of an e-mail and down of a server system in inquiry of pass or failure results of an examination via the network. SOLUTION: This method for notifying information on pass or failure executes steps of: transmitting a confirmation e-mail for inquiring whether or not pass or failure information is required to an examinee terminal used by an examinee; receiving a reply e-mail replied from the examinee terminal to the confirmation e-mail; recording receiving time when the reply e-mail is received by every examinee; determining a transmission order for transmitting success or failure information address indicating whereabouts of the pass or failure information on the network based on the receiving time to the examinee terminal and transmitting the success or failure information address to the examinee terminal based on the transmission order when a server load value indicating a load of the server is less than a predetermined value.
