Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective advertisement in a community site for a group. SOLUTION: In a service providing system for displaying the image of a virtual space imitating the inside of a room in a user terminal through a communication network and using items arranged in the virtual space to perform communication within the group, this advertisement providing device for providing advertisements in the virtual space includes: a means for storing first attribute information for the group; a means for storing content data of the advertisements to be provided with second attribute information for distribution targets of the advertisements in association with each other; a means for determining an advertisement to be displayed in the virtual space where a user belonging to the group enters on the basis of matching of the stored first attribute information and second attribute information when the user logs in the system; and a means for placing and displaying content data of the determined advertisement on an item arranged in the room.
