SOLUTION: In this distributed image processor, images of a monitoring camera 101 are stored, image frames to be processed in detail thereof are indexed in real time in a first image processor 102, and only the image frames to be processed in detail of the stored images are processed in detail based on the indexes in a second image processor 105.
