Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for a hard coat that has excellent scratch resistance, low curling performance and high transparency, and causes no cracking. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable resin composition for the hard coat comprises following (A), (B) and (C); (A): an acrylate mixture of a specific composition, (B): a photoinitiator, and (C): a specific polyether modified organopolysiloxane. A method for producing a hard coat film in which the resin composition is coated on at least one part of a single side of a base film and the active energy ray is irradiated thereon to cure the resin composition is disclosed.
