Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly moisturizing cosmetic obtained by blending a moisturizing component excellent in the water content transpiration-inhibiting effect of horny layer of skin for the skin exposed under the environmental conditions of a dry atmosphere in winter and also having wind, and having a good lasting property. SOLUTION: This highly moisturizing cosmetic is used by blending 5.0 to 25.0 wt.% 1 kind or ≥2 kinds of polyglycerols having 2 to 15 mean degree of polymerization calculated from their hydroxyl values as the moisturizing component having the water content transpiration-inhibiting effect of the horny layer.
