Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the necessity for an occupant to keep on bearing the cold until an engine becomes warm. SOLUTION: A heating apparatus in a cabin is equipped with an infrared ray generator 11 constituted so as to radiate the light having the wavelength of a mid-infrared area, and a light source control device 10 which keeps on lighting the infrared ray generator 11 as an auxiliary heat source until the inside of the cabin is heated by an on-vehicle heating device 7 using a fuel engine 4 of the vehicle as a heat source.
