Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system in which outbreak of unnecessary resonation sound is suppressed, even if the material of cabinet is metal or resin, outbreak of strange sound or modulation distortion from a resonance system caused by an elastic member is prevented, and low-pitched sound can be reproduced firmly. SOLUTION: The speaker system comprises a speaker unit 1, a cabinet 2, a fixing means 3, an elastic member 4 held between a fixing hole portion 1a, a fixing face 2a and a fixing means 3, and an enclosing member 5 wherein contact of the fixing hole portion 1a with the fixing face 2a and the fixing means 3 is avoided. If the mass of the speaker unit 1 is set as Msp, compliance of the elastic member 4 is C1, compliance of the enclosing member 5 is C2, the lowest resonance frequency of the speaker unit 1 is fc, and first resonance frequency of the fixing face 2a is f1, relation is satisfied: fc
